Proof that someone, someday, at the last minute, might actually rush in to rescue America? <br /><br />About the only flaw that I could detect in this well crafted legal case is that, back in the early post 9/11 days, the U.S. PatRiot Act burned to death the U.S. Constitution… and that means that the 1st, 4th and 5th Amendments are just as dead.
